How much does an AI chatbot for my website cost?

Setup is a one-time fee: $149 for AI Chat Starter, $299 for AI Sales Assistant, and $399 for AI Chatbot + Call Connect. There is no mandatory monthly subscription from us. Outside providers may charge for AI usage, calling, phone numbers, or your CRM, and we show those before you buy.

What is Call Connect?

A feature of the chatbot. When a visitor asks to speak to someone and agrees to a call, Call Connect connects them to your team in real time through a calling provider. If no one is available, the chatbot takes a call back request. It is not a separate phone service.

How is that different from a click-to-call button?

A click-to-call button only dials a number. Call Connect starts inside the conversation, asks the visitor first, captures their details and what they need, and falls back to a call back request when your team is busy.

Will the chatbot make things up?

It is set up to answer from the business information, FAQs, hours, and prices you approve. When it can't answer reliably, it says so and passes the question to a person. We test it with real questions before it goes live.

Does it work with my website and CRM?

It can be added to most websites, including WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, and Webflow. Leads can go to your email, or to one CRM with the AI Sales Assistant and Call Connect packages. Other or additional integrations are quoted separately.

What happens to my customers' information?

We collect only what is needed to reply, send it to the places you choose, and set up the chat with a clear privacy notice. Calls start only after the visitor agrees.

Will it increase my sales?

We can't promise results. What it does is answer visitors faster, capture inquiries that might otherwise be missed, and make it easier for ready buyers to reach you.
